Our shipping rates are based upon the total dollar amount of your order. Regions out of the continental US are assessed surcharges to cover the additional fees from our shipping carriers.

We ship all of products using USPS Priority 2 Day for all shipments whenever possible. For heavier orders we may use Fedex Ground services.

When will you process my order?
We process your order immediately and charge your credit card at the time of processing. Bulk orders of product that have recently been mixed and are available typically ship within 3-5 days. Generally, you should always count on an in-house processing time of 7-10 days for fresh product to be mixed. 

Why does it take that long to process an order?
Unlike most body and skin care companies, we mix our products in small batches of 55 gallons at a time, which ensures the maximum freshness for you and your customers. Once a product is mixed there is an additional 3-4 day time period when the product is allowed to stabilize, before being put through our quality control and batch testing process. As an additional step we have each batch mixed analyzed by an independent lab to verify purity of the product and proper pH. This process ensure that you receive the best quality product.

Do you accept returns? All sales are final due to health concerns. Please ask questions before purchasing. As a courtesy to our customer's that sell our products retail, we do not publish the full ingredient list for each product on our website. We will provide you with a full ingredient list prior to purchasing via email if you email us a request. You can also find full ingredient list in our Resource Library prior to placing an order by clicking the Resource button at the top of the page. Please order samples first if you have questions about the products you are ordering. Once shipped we cannot refund an order and will not accept the product back. It is your responsibility to perform your own due diligence prior to purchasing the product. All sales are final.
