Is it safe to order online?
Yes, actually it is more secure for you to place your order online than over the phone. When you place an order online, our secure shopping cart does not capture and retain your credit card information, rather your information remains with your bank. When you place an order over the phone we have to capture and process your credit card information
manually.


What is the minimum quantity to order:
We do not have a minimum order, or minimum dollar amount requirement. Order as little or as much as you need.

When will you process my order?
We process your order immediately and charge your credit card at the time of processing. Bulk orders of product that have recently been mixed and are available typically ship within 3-5 working days. Generally you should always count on an in-house processing time of 7-10 working days for fresh product to be mixed.

Why does it take that long to process an order?
Unlike most body and skin care companies, we mix our products in small batches of 55 gallons at a time ,which ensures the maximum freshness for you and your customers. Once a product is mixed there is an additional 3-4 day time period when the product is allowed to stabilize, before being put through our quality control and batch testing process. This process ensure that you receive the best quality product.

My credit was charged but my order has not shipped yet?

Due to our secure shopping cart, we must charge your credit card at the time that your order is placed, rather than retain and hold your credit card information until your order ships. Our secure system processes the transaction in conjunction with your credit card company so that neither we or our staff ever have access to your credit card information. This secure shopping cart system helps to keep your personal bank information secure and safe.

After I have placed an order can I substitute for another product?
No, please review your order carefully before you place your order.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel bulk orders within 24 hours after placing the order and receive a full refund less 25% of the total dollar amount of your order, which covers credit card processing and bank transaction fees for which we are liable whether your order is shipped or not and restocking of material.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

No.

What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, VISA, M/C, Discover, credit and debit cards and checks if paying by mail.

Do you accept returns? All sales are final due to health concerns. Please ask questions before purchasing. As a courtesy to our customer's that sell our proucts retail, we do not publish the full ingredient list for each product on our website. We will provide you with a full ingredient list prior to purchasing via email if you email us a request. You can also find full ingredient list in our Resource Library prior to placing an order by clicking the Resource button at the top of the page. Please order samples first if you have questions about the products you are ordering. Once shipped we cannot refund an order and will not accept the product back. It is your responsibility to perform your own due diligence prior to purchasing the product. All sales are final.

Do you charge sales tax?
No, our business is located in the Oregon which does not have a sales tax.

What is your Privacy Policy? Farm Fresh Organics Skin Care will never sale or share your information with anyone or company.

How long do the products last?
Our products have a shelf life of 8+ months. Please store products in a dark cabinet. For long term storage, keep in the refrigerator or in a cool place with temperatures between 50 - 65 degrees. If your product is exposed to heat, put it in the refrigerator overnight and shake well.

What type of preservatives do you use in your products?
As you know all body care products require some form of preservative to keep them safe from bacteria. Our products are free from parabens, and artificial preservatives. We do utilize natural inhibitors and antioxidants such as Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E), Azadirachta indica (Neem) Oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Salix nigra (Black Willow Bark) Extract (not White Willow Bark which does not have the same effect).  In some cases we use a blend of Essential Oils, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid, Usnea barbata (Usnea Lichen) Extract as well. Depending on the product we may also use our organic preservative blend which includes organic grain alcohol infused with essential oils and botanicals. Our products have been formulated to be stable and safe, therefore we cannot alter the ingredients that we use.
